Sutton Housing Society - resident involvement

We aim to actively involve residents in the management of their homes and work with them to improve the services we deliver. In addition, we encourage the development of local initiatives to improve the quality of life in the local community.

Ways to get involved and have your say

	Return tenants satisfaction slips and be involved in the monitoring process
	Take part in focus groups to discuss specific issues
	Become a member of the Housing Operations Committee
	Be part of a consultative panel to review policies and procedures
	Be involved in a 'newsletter' group
	Help us to review our resident involvement strategy
	Help us to re-format our leaflets to ensure they are easy to understand
