Sheltered Housing for Older People

We have ten sheltered housing schemes for older people located in the London Borough of Sutton:

Details of each scheme will be coming shortly and can be accessed by clicking the property link below:

Dorothy Pettingell House
Griffiths Close
Lancelot House
Margaret House
Norman House
Old Brewery House
Robertson House
Ronald House
Thomas House
Trickett House

Tenants have their own self contained flats. Most schemes have access to communal facilities, laundry, gardens and lounges.

A Scheme Manager is assigned to each scheme. The Scheme Manager is a facilitator of care, promoting and fostering independence and providing support and assistance when needed.

At some schemes a guest room is available for short stays.

Supported Housing for Single Vulnerable People

We have a selection of housing suitable for single vulnerable people

The aim of our supported housing is to provide housing for people with special needs who require a low intensity support service to allow them to maintain a tenancy in the community.  Each resident has either their own flat or bedroom within a group home where the lounge and kitchen are shared so that there are opportunities for companionship.
